Most effective way to skip trace leads?

I’m currently driving for dollars and building a list of potential properties. I submitted the addresses to the county tax records search and pulled up the owners name. Now I want to skip trace to get their contact info. Do I build a bulk list and submit it to a skip tracing website or can I do it one at a time? What’s the best way to go about this? Can someone break down the process for me please?

Hey @Ryan Jenkins

You can definitely submit bulk lists to a paid service if you have a bunch of them. The time it will save you from google searching each one is likely worth the fee. That being said, if you don't have a ton you can just do this yourself. I've had luck simply throwing their name and zip code into sites like yellowpages.com. It's hit or miss, but then again so are those paid services. If you do find a reliable bulk service, please let me know!

Keep getting after it and let me know if you ever have any questions or just want to chat!
