I’m currently driving for dollars and building a list of potential properties. I submitted the addresses to the county tax records search and pulled up the owners name. Now I want to skip trace to get their contact info. Do I build a bulk list and submit it to a skip tracing website or can I do it one at a time? What’s the best way to go about this? Can someone break down the process for me please?

@Travis Cannon Johnathan Greene really hit the nail on the head with his advice. The only thing I would add to it is to look into wholesaling to build up your savings.

@Jason Lewis I'm a newbie. I acquired contracts from other investors. Then, had my attorney evaluate them and put everything in "red lines" to match my state's requirements. I received a discounted rate for being a first time client. I also set up an LLC to begin doing business without risking ANY of my current assets. I encourage you to shop attorneys until you find a fit. It took me a few.

@Daniel A.

Correction, my niche is single family and small multi-family. My long term strategy is buy and hold.
