New Investor Indianapolis

Hey Guys,

I am currently looking to invest in the Indianapolis area. I currently live in Los Angeles, and I am liking the Indianapolis area so far. I have one rental there that I bought already rented, and have had a reasonable cash flow so far.

Trying to get some more SFRs under my belt in that area.

I am trying to grow a team in that area and would love to try to get any recommendations from anyone who has invested there.

Any advice or recommendations would be very greatly appreciated!

Hi guys, I live in Long Beach and invest full time in Indy. There’s a great meetup in Santa Monica 2nd Saturday of the month I go to and I run 2 meetups in Los Alamitos and Newport Beach.

Indy is great and there’s a ton of potential there. If any of u guys have questions about it, the people to work with there or anything else don’t hesitate to DM or text me. I’m an open book about Indy and I’m only as far as I am bc so many people helped me, so I try to pay it forward.
