The one I currently own is in Arlington woods. Which I bought I think In a little more difficult neighborhood, but I was trying to stay on the lower cost side of things. Trying to hopefully more into a better area now that I have a little bit more to work with.

Hopefully looking at a little bit better rent/quality tenant.

Hey Guys,

I am currently looking to invest in the Indianapolis area. I currently live in Los Angeles, and I am liking the Indianapolis area so far. I have one rental there that I bought already rented, and have had a reasonable cash flow so far.

Trying to get some more SFRs under my belt in that area.

I am trying to grow a team in that area and would love to try to get any recommendations from anyone who has invested there.

Any advice or recommendations would be very greatly appreciated!
