Trying to buy my first property in or around NYC to flip or BRRRR

Posted

Hey Everyone!

I'm new here on bigger pockets and am excited to be here! I live in Queens, NY and I am looking to purchase my first flip or BRRRR! I'm a real estate agent in NYC and I do a mix a residential and commercial. I've also recently began a small construction business.

I'm was hoping for some insight as to where and how to find an ideal property for my first flip/brrrr. NY is such a competitive market and I feel like it's hard to find a deal that is worth it although I'm sure they are out there. Just not sure where to start... I appreciate any help and insight in advance!

Hi Roberto, there is a lot of opportunity in the Bronx. If you're in LIBOR, you should have access to the Bronx MLS listings. You can get access to foreclosures in Queens and the Bronx by buying membership in Property Shark. Good luck!
