Hey Everyone!

I'm new here on bigger pockets and am excited to be here! I live in Queens, NY and I am looking to purchase my first flip or BRRRR! I'm a real estate agent in NYC and I do a mix a residential and commercial. I've also recently began a small construction business.

I appreciate any help and insight in advance!
