Meeting of The Bronx Real Estate Network. All are welcome. We are a networking group focused on Small MultiFamily properties in The Bronx. At this meeting we will be discussing the state of the market and buy or wait strategies.

I don’t see the downside for you in simply proving that your the landlord. Why shouldn’t a tenant want to know that?

Hi Santiago, this meeting will focus on the state of the market in the Bronx for small real estate investments and on networking with others interested in the topic. I use a discussion format there will be lots of opinions and discussion.

After a 14 month break (no in person meetings), the Bronx Real Estate Network is resuming our monthly meetings. This meeting will focus on the current state of the small multifamily market in the Bronx. There will be networking. Let me know if you plan on being there.

You really should talk to a NY Real Estate Attorney. This is probably more complicated and costly than it may look. Talk to an attorney and you'll know for sure.

I use OneKey every day and have not had the problems you describe. Do you use RPR or go straight to OneKey?

Mahbubur, The Bronx can be a tough place for an inexperienced landlord but yours is one of the most horrific cases I’ve heard of. It does point out how important it is to properly screen potential tenants. Best of luck in the future.
