So my name is Josh and live in the Daytona Beach area. I am not new to the real estate game however I am new to the wholesale side. I wanted to know if you think there it's such thing as too many investors for one area? Should you look at them as a resource and not competition?

@Joshua Hartman great question, now it is definitely a great time to be in real estate and in some markets there could be more investors than in others, but opportunities can be found even in those markets it all depends on your skills and willingness to stand out from the rest.
