Thank you for your input I do appreciate it. Here is another question I know the answer will vary but lets say a property is going for 150k but worth 250k after said Reno is done. Should i stay away from the high dollar flips? Especially since I dont have the capital,as a new investor to cover that price

So my name is Josh and live in the Daytona Beach area. I am not new to the real estate game however I am new to the wholesale side. I wanted to know if you think there it's such thing as too many investors for one area? Should you look at them as a resource and not competition?
