When I cold call, Should I convince the seller even though they are not motivated? I think I could convince them but I don't know if they would regret. One of them told me "I said I don't have any problem! Why do you keep talking to me man? An he hung up.

@Account Closed cold calls? How do you know they have a problem? How do you figure out they are motivated or not?

It's great that you are cold calling for leads. But don't sell anyone over the phone especially when you are asking them to sell you their houses. Your job is to set an appointment and go meet them, if not then at least schedule another call.

Back to your question, don't push people to sell to you. If they want to do it, they will!
