Advice on writing a real estate business plan?
Hi! My husband and I are newies ready to get started in real estate investment. We should probably write some kind of business plan. Has anyone ever done this?

@Linda D. I sent you a connection request.
You should start by setting goals and a strategy. Do a visualization board or binder of what you want to accomplish immediate term, short term, long term and for generational wealth building.
Then do a business development plan. List out your finances. What you can invest now, 3 months, 6 months and 1 year if you made simple changes. Scale your business. Do you want to start out flipping or buying single family rentals or eventually get into multi family or syndications.
List any education or mentoring or events you'd like to partake in. What books and information you need to develop your business.
What can branding do for you?
You can find templates but I've never seen one I've liked enough to recommend.
