Reviews on Hard Money lenders in New Jersey

Hi guys,

I live in New Jersey. I've done a few rehabs and own a couple rental properties but I would like to begin flipping houses. Well actually BRRRR's but I will not have all the capital to take the projects alone. I'm looking for any recommendations and/or feedback of your experiences with hard money lenders as well as who you would and would not recommend. Thank you in advance to anyone willing to spend their time helping to educate me.

-Mike

There are a lot of great lenders out there in and out of NJ.  For me I wanted a company who can make the process easy and quick.

Things to conisder

--- the term of the loan (lots of co offer only 6 or 9 month loans and up charge for the extra months to get to a year. If you plan on BRRRR and the bank needs a year of seasoning how will you handle that.

----know is the interest being charged on the total loan amount or the amount of money that is deployed.  Example if you have 100k purchase and 50k construction escrow you not being charged interest on the addtional  $50k until it is deployed to you.

There are a lot of them out there need to find one that you can grown and work with is important.

@Mark Callazzo, @David Hansel, @Matthew Weber with Alpha Funding Soutions there team is fantastic.

I have been using these guys to help grow my business.

Good luck.
