Hello everyone, I’m new to real estate and was wondering what some good ways to find Properties and sellers in South Carolina, I seen list source doesn’t work with South Carolina so I was looking for other ways to find them. Also what are some good places to order Bandit signs? All information and comments will be greatly appropriated.

Thanks for the reply Brent I’m located down near Rock Hill SC about 35 to 45 minutes away from Charlotte, I’m interested in working in the Charlotte area and some others. Hi Everyone, I’m Darius and I’m new to real estate and looking for some pointers and advice to help get started. I’m interested in starting off with wholesaling real estate and working my way up to fix and flips, rentals, and maybe new builds when I build up enough capital to do so. I have done a lot of research online about real estate and very motivated to get started. I would like to work the South Carolina and North Carolina markets. Would like information on getting started in wholesaling and all other information would be greatly appreciated as well.
