What Are Creative Ways to Flip $200,000 Cash in RE?
Well as the title suggests what are some creative ways you'd use 200k to make some decent money from? I saw a lot of great ideas and suggestions on this post here:

It was a great post but it was over 6 years ago so I wanted to get some more current ideas and opinions.
I'm not really concerned about long term wealth at the moment so investing in a couple SFHs or things like that aren't really what I was looking for. I'm going to be facing a lot of medical expenses within the coming years so I'd love to be able to put this money I have to use in shorter term options in real estate.
In the post I linked I really liked some ideas mentioned of being a sort of hard money lender or shorter term things like that but I'm a complete beginner so I'm no expert in all this. Just trying to find some current creative ways to put this money to work. Thanks BP.

Based on your statement of: "...I have to use in shorter term options in real estate..." , you have cut down the number of options from around 100 to maybe 45-50.
What do you need in $$$?
What time do you have...specifically?
What is the target date?
What knowledge do you have?
What can or can't you do?
Are you willing to learn, or just stand back and watch (hope)?
..these are just some of the questions that would need to be answered before your question can be answered.
