What Are Creative Ways to Flip $200,000 Cash in RE?

Well as the title suggests what are some creative ways you'd use 200k to make some decent money from? I saw a lot of great ideas and suggestions on this post here:

It was a great post but it was over 6 years ago so I wanted to get some more current ideas and opinions.

I'm not really concerned about long term wealth at the moment so investing in a couple SFHs or things like that aren't really what I was looking for. I'm going to be facing a lot of medical expenses within the coming years so I'd love to be able to put this money I have to use in shorter term options in real estate.

In the post I linked I really liked some ideas mentioned of being a sort of hard money lender or shorter term things like that but I'm a complete beginner so I'm no expert in all this. Just trying to find some current creative ways to put this money to work. Thanks BP.
