Property Manager for First Investment Property - Jacksonville, FL
Hello Bigger Pockets Fam,
Right now I am about to sign for my first PM in Jacksonville, FL.
I was leaning towards HomeRiverGroup, but upon my final phases of research and reading their binding contract, I am having second thoughts.
Is it typical:
1. for PM's to keep administrative fee's? (ie: late fee's)
2. And charge $500 for early termination fee's with no mention of recourse on lack/no-performance on their part?
Does anybody have firsthand experience with HomeRiver in Jacksonville?
Or does anybody have other property managers in Jacksonville they can recommend to me?
Thanks in advance

@Joshua Espejo - I am in the Bay Area also, and also looking into JAX.
@Ryan Robbins is right. @Matthew Miller is a great guy and they are both knowledgeable in the area.
