Military and investing in rentals

New to the real estate game and super excited to replace my military pay with rentals! Looking for mentors, advice , partners, and maybe some friends as well cause most of mine only plays games haha. So far I have read Brandon turners books on how to invest with low money down or no money, and how to invest in rental properties.
