@Peter T. I’m pretty new when it comes to investing, so I get tons of value from you guys . I can understand from your point of view being an experienced investor knowing majority of the stuff on here. But I’d like to say even though you know majority of the stuff thank you guys for taking the time to add value to newbies like me!

Definitely what Arvi said, I met a friend off of bigger pockets, then found a couple of agents off of here as well. I ended up going with my friends agent because I asked him all those questions Arvi said then I told him to send me a couple of houses that he thought was good , I checked to see if the numbers made sense which they did and ended up going with him .

If it was me I would go ahead and start renting it out now, which would have the tenants paying down your mortgage then, when the time comes to refinance it, id get it refinanced.

But it sounds like you found a good deal so congratulations on that!
