when syndicating a duplex for cash flow, how would you structure that type of deal for repayment? And is this even something that is a good idea to do if you found a good duplex already with both units being rented out?

Hi Philip,

You won't be syndicating a deal like that. You want to find a money partner and enter into a partnership with them to acquire the property. If you're managing/operating the deal and they're bringing the capital, a 50/50 split is common.
