Thanks for the tip, I’ve been doing exactly that, it been a huge change in my finical life, having an actual budget and currently putting everything extra towards paying down the debt

Consumer debt is around 55k and household income is about 50k a year so a lot more so there is more risk

First I’d like to say thanks to the many people who have contributed their time and knowledge to helping , it has helped see many options and routes that I did not see before. I definitely didn’t realize how much insight I was going to get, just goes to show how great BP is to helping newbies like me connect with knowledgeable people in RE

I did consider that, but with no funds to do a flip it does make it harder to go that route
