Private money lenders

Lara Taylor
Posted

Hello fellow BP members,

I have been on a search for a private money for my first deal. When yall where starting out what are your tips on finding one. I have thought about contacting some realtors that I know and also some real estate attorneys and seeing if they know any local lenders.

HML are all over the place.. just dont pay up front fees many times those are scammers.

private money lenders are just that private.. you can meet them usually at meet ups in person. not on the internet

I dont think you will get many referrals from agents or lawyers especially.   not at least if your just starting out and dont have a track record..
