Surrounding yourself with the right people

Relationship! Relationship! Relationship!

Regardless of what we all accomplish in life, how important is it to be surrounded by likeminded people? That is something that I have began to learn as I progress through this journey. There are so many people out there that have no clue of what we are doing, nor do they care. It is highly important to surround yourself with people that share the same energy for something just as you do, especially if you are a beginner in a field. Networking has always been apart of this journey, but it is so much more rewarding when you network with individuals that aspire to the grand goals you both share. I personally want to contribute as much as I possibly can to my Lafayette market and others surrounding, but I do realize that I want to tackle the vast markets throughout this country. I am just thankful that I connected with some people that share that same energy.

You’d think it doesn’t matter much because you have your own mind but I’m telling you it’s a subliminal thing . You will match them in many aspects .Negativity and poor life choices rub off . Several universities have done studies on this phenomenon. Harvard found that if they could track down 5 of the people you talk to the most they could guess your income within a certain tight percentage . Your income level will match your friends your worldview is affected by your friends and so it goes . Knowing all this it is absolutely critical you drown out fools in your circle and gravitate towards successful people and not just from a financial aspect . My close friend at church has really made me question how I do things in life and help bring me up as an inspiration to how I want to raise my family and conduct my business . He challenges me to live to a higher standard than I set for myself .
