Dennis that is so right! It takes a mindset to shift a person away from what they know isn't of their best interest because they find it to be comfortable. Amazing happens when you make yours grow and growing happens when you maneuver through your fears and conquer them. And if it all goes well you'll meet some amazing people along the way!

Hey Craig, currently I have none on my list. My current plan of action is getting a home under contract for x amount of days and calling other seasoned investors to see if the property is something that they would like to move forward with. I've seen this strategy work countless times and I'm going to give it a try. If I find any in this area, I'll be sure to let you know. If things workout, I'd like to work with you in the future on JVs or even just helping however I can. If you ever need to reach out you can message me and we'll exchange contact information there.

Relationship! Relationship! Relationship!

Regardless of what we all accomplish in life, how important is it to be surrounded by likeminded people? That is something that I have began to learn as I progress through this journey. There are so many people out there that have no clue of what we are doing, nor do they care. It is highly important to surround yourself with people that share the same energy for something just as you do, especially if you are a beginner in a field. Networking has always been apart of this journey, but it is so much more rewarding when you network with individuals that aspire to the grand goals you both share. I personally want to contribute as much as I possibly can to my Lafayette market and others surrounding, but I do realize that I want to tackle the vast markets throughout this country. I am just thankful that I connected with some people that share that same energy.
