I was listening to a BP Podcast and they talked about being available for the appraiser and having comps that have sold in the area. Im in Houston and dont have access to properties that have sold similar to mind. It is two single family homes on one lot that Im looking to have appraised as a single family with auxiliary unit. Can anyone help with finding comps?

@Darrion M. Woods The appraiser doesn't need comps from you. They know how to determine value, that is their job. They should need access to the house to verify the square footage and look at the livable condition, but that's it.
