Well, Im doing conventional financing. So it cant be under priced, In my very first deal it fell through due to the appraisal coming back low. The seller didnt budge in the price and I lost the deal. I really want this property and I see the upside, but it still early before this area pops

So the appraiser came out. Being that this is my first deal I was very nervous, but it didnt look like it was a huge issue with the property. I just have to wait for the report to come back mid week. Still SUPER NERVOUS!

Anthony Dooley What is considered livable for a conventional loan?

I was listening to a BP Podcast and they talked about being available for the appraiser and having comps that have sold in the area. Im in Houston and dont have access to properties that have sold similar to mind. It is two single family homes on one lot that Im looking to have appraised as a single family with auxiliary unit. Can anyone help with finding comps?
