Accredited Investor only REIT’s

This REIT I'm looking at requires one to be an accredited investor. It's a GREAT REIT and want to get in to it but I'm not accredited. Does anybody know how I can get a financial institution, or some other accredited organization/person, to help me invest on my behalf? Ideas are welcomed and appreciated. Thanks.

@Nicholas, no reputable financial institution will do that on your behalf, because it would be considered fraud. And any person who agreed to do it on your behalf, would also be taking that same risk. Additionally, you would be taking a risk, because anyone who was shady enough to do that, might just decide to keep your money for themselves.

You can look up online the requirements for becoming an accredited investor, and hopefully your situation will change in the future. In the meantime, I would recommend focusing on nonaccredited investor options which you are qualified for.
