Struggling with finding motivated sellers

I’ve been reading and listening to videos/podcasts about Wholesaling. I just want to know if it’s possible to do it in Miami and as well looking for a mentor to give me more insight into Wholesaling. I have many cash buyers who are looking to buy but I have no property to give and that’s my biggest issue. Any advice will be amazing, thanks.

Don't fall into the hype. Wholesaling is a poor man's business plan. What you want to look into is becoming a licensed Realtor. Same concept, you scour the earth looking fro motivated sellers. Only now you have no legal issues & many more options on how to earn a paycheck.
