So I have to get an broker license to the “middle man” process of Wholesaling ? Or I can just use my regular real estate license to wholesale ?

Hey everyone I’ve been reading more about Wholesaling and real estate license and I see that in some posts they said it’s legal to wholesale in Florida without an license and other posts you need a license to wholesale in Florida. But the thing is, I’ve been seeing people who done it without the license. Any advice will be helpful . Thanks.

Thanks I appreciate that and also I’ve been wondering lately. Is it true that in Florida especially in Miami, do I have to obtain a real estate license in order to wholesale houses or I can do it without the license? I’ve been reading posts and it’s mix feelings about the topic.

I’ve been reading and listening to videos/podcasts about Wholesaling. I just want to know if it’s possible to do it in Miami and as well looking for a mentor to give me more insight into Wholesaling. I have many cash buyers who are looking to buy but I have no property to give and that’s my biggest issue. Any advice will be amazing, thanks.
