Hello BP once again, My nam is Kerven jean and I'm looking forward to learning REI like the back of my hand! I have been studying and learning everything I possibly can but there's always those roadblocks that I run into, I would love to see a polished and knowledgeable/patient Person to guide me through my road through success. I am currently at a stage where I'm wholesaling deals and plan on saving up enough to get into the buy and hold part of investing. It's never easy finding a great mentor, I've had a couple where they say they're going to help you but never do. I know your time isn't cheap so I will guarantee you 70% of my earnings on the first deal you walk me thru and all you really have to do is just send me text message along the the wholesale process or calls. I feel like I've came to the right place for this! Looking forward to meeting you guys.

@Kerven Jean I am not a wholesaler or a wholesaler mentor, but if you don't mind me putting in my 2 cents, you are going at this the wrong way.  Your text should read like this.  I have time and am a very hard worker. I would love to help a successful wholesaler in my area. I will do whatever it takes to help you with your business, just to be able to learn from you. I have no expectations in return except to be able to learn from you and be able to ask questions.

Do we have anyone that could use Kerven's services for which he expects no pay?
