Hello BP once again, My nam is Kerven jean and I'm looking forward to learning REI like the back of my hand! I have been studying and learning everything I possibly can but there's always those roadblocks that I run into, I would love to see a polished and knowledgeable/patient Person to guide me through my road through success. I am currently at a stage where I'm wholesaling deals and plan on saving up enough to get into the buy and hold part of investing. It's never easy finding a great mentor, I've had a couple where they say they're going to help you but never do. I know your time isn't cheap so I will guarantee you 70% of my earnings on the first deal you walk me thru and all you really have to do is just send me text message along the the wholesale process or calls.
