Hello BP once again, My nam is Kerven jean and I'm looking forward to learning REI like the back of my hand! I have been studying and learning everything I possibly can but there's always those roadblocks that I run into, I would love to see a polished and knowledgeable/patient Person to guide me through my road through success. I am currently at a stage where I'm wholesaling deals and plan on saving up enough to get into the buy and hold part of investing. It's never easy finding a great mentor, I've had a couple where they say they're going to help you but never do. I know your time isn't cheap so I will guarantee you 70% of my earnings on the first deal you walk me thru and all you really have to do is just send me text message along the the wholesale process or calls. I feel like I've came to the right place for this! Looking forward to meeting you guys.

Larry T. That's helpful advice I am going to keep in my head as I deal with more sellers. I also see that you buy and hold properties, I have some single homes and multi families you may be interested in.

Great feedback from both of you. I'm getting better at analyzing deals and figured out what people want so that's a step in the right direction. And i had to leave my dead end job felt like my life was wasting away coming home with back problems and knee issues and I'm only 23 . I knew that job wasn't going to take me to the place I want to be in my life so now I'm focused on real estate full time. I know you need money in order to survive so I do lyft on the side.

I recently quit my dead end job, I've been studying real estate for the last 6 months now I feel I need to take some actions. My first path way into real estate is whole selling deals I just need to know what should be my first step I know I have to find motivated sellers then get a deal under contract and find buyers. I want to know exactly how I go about it

I want nothing more then to succeed in life and real estate seem to be the right path for me. I've been watching real estate videos going to seminars and reading books but now it's time to get started and I'm completely stuck I want to start wholesaling then eventually rehabbing but do not know where to start and how to break down a deal I'm more of a hands on learner I would be willing to offer a 50/50 split on commission on my first deal for someone to just walk me through it never have to meet up just phone calls or inbox messages I understand time is money and we can negotiate that 50/50 I'm more about the knowledge then money at this point.

I'm just starting off in real estate investing and I'm just stuck on where i go from here i watched videos and read books but nothing gives me a perfect insight on where to start I was wondering is there anyone in New Jersey who would be willing to teach me the game first hand and let me see the actions and the process.
