@Vicky Covarrubias When doing Flips, if it doesn't NET me $25k to $30k I look for better deals. The average Net according to Realtor.com is $15k per Flip. (Not worth the effort in my estimation) Most Flips take 3 to 4 months from purchase to"cash out". Most Flippers do them one at a time. I make about $25k per property doing Subject To in about 60 days and I can do a couple a month easy. I haven't figured the math, but a few years ago, I quit doing Flips and started doing Subject To and my income and cash flow skyrocketed. Run a spreadsheet and decide for yourself.
If you have further interest send me a Colleague notice and I can email you some info.
