I Need Help With Time And Leads

Thank all of you for viewing my post I've been trying to do wholesaling for about 7-8 months now and still have not been able to get a client. Currently I have been trying to do cold calling but do to my family and my full time job I have not had the time to cold call everyone on my list. I just payed for a spokeo subscription and I get my list from the county. I feel like I am stuck what can I do to push foward to start generating some leads with the small amount of time that I have

@Keith Turley Wholesaling, along with most strategies in Real Estate Investing, is difficult to do successfully without going full force into it. Have you considered partnering with someone? There are constantly beginner wholesalers who are looking for ways to start out. Maybe reach out to some people in your community who would consider partnering!
