Hi There,

My name is Wouter.  I am from South Africa and brand new to the BP website.  I work onboard cruise ships.  I am planning on marrying my US girlfriend and we will probably move to NYC. I have 1 property in Cape Town, SA as an Buy&Hold investment.  I am still very new at investing and also the way the market operates in the US. Looking to met new people and learn from them so when the day comes to start investing I will be more prepared.

Welcome Wouter! Yea buy and hold is a great strategy. You'll want to make sure lenders can lend based on your visa and such. Good luck!!!
