Research - Finding Historical Cash Purchases
Hi! I'm looking to start doing some research and I've heard the idea thrown around of finding purchases that have been made in cash. Does anyone know where you can find this type of data?

Probably find property that have closed, then cross that with the public record for which ones have a mortgage and the ones that don't cross are your cash deals. It's all public record.
