Abandon houses in Philadelphia

when driving for dollars and you see house with no Windows, doors been busted open looks no ones been living in there for awhile. Any advice on  How do I go about getting it. Thanks in advance

@Terrell Kennedy I agree with @Jon Sanborn. Search the OPA's website, send out mailers. If one of the city organizations own it (PHA, RDA). There is a different process to try to purchase
