when wholesaling and I have a motivated seller. Do I need to show proof of funds or the buyer

so if that happens what is the next step I take

how does the squatter right go in Philadelphia. Can I just put the house in my name if it looks like it been vacant for years. Or do they do they still have dollar house in Philadelphia if so how do I find them

Ok thanks. What ifi cant locate the owner or the owner died and the property is still ib their name what do i do.

when driving for dollars and you see house with no Windows, doors been busted open looks no ones been living in there for awhile. Any advice on  How do I go about getting it. Thanks in advance
