does anyone know some good hard money lenders in the Springfield ma area and what are the steps I would have to take to be approved to do brrrr strategy

I am sure you can google them in your state.

just need to have enough equity for the BRRR to work

HML generally is going to want to see some cash equity in the deal..

Its a great way to get value add.

Don't get sucked in on quasi private lenders promising super low rates and broken English then hit you for 500 to 750 up front.. those are scammers.. I like to call them pump and dump due diligence
