Types and Strategies in South FL

Hello BP Members,

This thread is geared towards investors in South Florida, specifically Palm Beach, Martin and St. Lucie County. I'm currently in the education phase, reading, lisenting and trying to glean as much information as I possibly can in order to take action and be successful.

My question is what types of deals have been most succesful for you in this particular market? (South FL). Flips? Wholesale? Commercial? Have you had success finding deals for good cash flow rental properties?

I'd love to generate a portfolio of rentals as well as to participate in flips. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you,

-Cody
