Jimmy, First off you have the best first name in the world so you got lucky there.

If I was you I would go to the Palm Beach REIA first. You will find experts in PBC that have been here and worked the area for years. You will also find title companies, GC's, etc. if you need any of those pros.

Also, about half of the group are wholesalers so you will find better deals to help with your search. There is a lot of money to be made here.

Hi Anil,

On the commercial side of my practice I specialize in multis in Florida, own some and look for deals for investors. 

The Florida market is great but just like anywhere the deals are fewer then they used to be but definitely there.

Since you are a contractor you have an awesome head start in the business. Now, you just have to experience everything else :)

Also, the Palm Beach REIA is really good and it would be helpful to go to their meetings.
