wholesaling research / Driving for dollars

Hey guys I have been driving for dollars in southern california and finding some houses that I will be mailing to. I am looking up to find the owners address and I think I am doing it wrong. I attached a link to an example house. Is this the proper website to look for mail address if it is an absentee owner?

Can someone give me some advice on the research phase of driving for dollars! thank you so much.
