I am invested in the PPR Note Fund.  Regular returns every month.  I like getting "mailbox money".

I recently read "Note Investing Made Easier" by Martin Saenz.  Concise and to the point.  I would start there.

Cristina - Welcome to BP.  I have found it to be a great resource.  I work in Bridgewater (Ethicon) and love Summit.

I have heard that programmable thermostats save money on heating.  However, if you have air conditioning it is best to keep the temp constant because cooling back down takes more energy than leaving the thermostat set one temperature.

Ian - Welcome to BP.  I live in Piscataway, two blocks from Rutgers Stadium.  I second the suggestion that you join SJREIA. They put on great events.  I go to the ones at On The Border in Rt 1 in New Brunswick but they also have meetings in Princeton and several sub groups.

Looking at Zillow for the homes in my neighborhood in New Jersey showed their estimates to be way off.  They seem to be taking the public tax records and multiplying by a factor.
