I can't find any four-plexes. What should I do?

I've been trying to get a small and decent start in REI. After some reading and listening, I decided I wanted to go with renting. I took the advice of Brandon Turner, and I though I should start with a four-plex, and I would build up from there. The problem is, I can't find any listings on my searches. Have you guys found any somewhere? If not, do you have any suggestions for where I should start my investing instead? Any advice is helpful.

@Drue Jaramillo Are you only looking in your area?  You can either look outside of your market, or adjust what you are looking for you your market.  People in my area have a hard time finding small multifamily homes too.  Most eventually decide to buy single family homes instead.
