Funding for programs
I have no start funds and my wife does not want me to spend any more household funds on business ventures.I have spent thousands of dollars on home businesses and have remained unsuccessful, Any tips or advice to help my start up cost?
The two things that come to mind is "bird dogging" and whole selling homes. To and for investors. It will give you both the experience needed (with things you might not have thought of yourself). And some cash you can reinvest into your startup.
Yes I appreciate the recommendations. I have been studying the wholesaling angle and all the different software available to lease every month that helps speed up the process. I will have to find an investor in my area searching for a bird dog I did not think about that angle.
Learn to find and attract private lenders.
The education to which I'm connected has an 8-hour class on that in the beginner's curriculum.

Is your class online in digital format or do you travel and have dates you appear in person to teach the techniques? I need to learn as much as quickly as I can .Any info would be appreciated @David Dachtera

Classes are on-line, 24x7. Includes you and one more. Access is "for life" (of the company - we've been in business since Jan 2011, still growing), including all additions and updates.
