Yes I appreciate the recommendations. I have  been studying the wholesaling angle and all the different software available to lease every month that helps speed up the process. I will have to find an investor in my area searching for a bird dog I did not think about that angle.

Thank you I found this by accident.I have been researching all the online wholesaling programs. They all start around 100 dollars a month to utilize their software. I was hoping to find away to do some deals and meet some investors in my area. Any information or tips would be appreciated.
