Reasonable Mentor!

Soo.. I understand that mentoring is another way for investors to make money BUT is there not anyone who has reasonable prices for someone starting out?

I've heard $10,000- $30,000 so far. Which is understandable because you can make millions if you really take off... But, Geez!! I haven't even closed a deal yet. Lol Please refer me to someone who can teach me the Ins & Outs of Wholesaling real estate.

I really don't need much! Only to shadow someone who knows what they are doing when they get on the phone with motivated sellers. PLEASE help me out if you can! It would truly make my year. Thank you BP Fam!!

Go to local meet-ups/meetings. Develop a professional relationship w/ experienced r/e investors and volunteer to work in exchange for education/experience/mentorship (not money).  T
