hello,

I am a wholesaler and i realized that a lot of people want to get out of their homes fast but they expect retail price on their homes.    I thought the only way is to hold an auction on their homes.   Is it easier to start my own auction house and auction out their property or to outsource this service.  If i outsource this service how on earth can i profit from this and not spend all my time doing charity for motivated sellers?

Hey I am a new wholeseller trying to give my clients other options then the low cash offer I give them on their house. I would like to auction off their properties so they get the return that they really want. I'll get my percent in commission of course. Is starting my own auction house or outsourcing the better/easier solution? If I outsource then what percentage should I ask from the auctioneer?

If you can build something brand new and pay about as much as renovating something old and sell it for more you might get better returns that way.

With 700k you have lot's of options to get going.

development Is probably the one thing I know nothing about but I love the potential. do you recommend any books?

What is you end game and how active or passive do you want to be in the process?

Well I would like to own and grow a successful real estate business; one that has the capibility to aggressively grow. I would like to be heavily involved, mainly so that I can learn the business and gain experience. I think flipping homes may be the best option for me, simply because it interests me the most. Can you help point me toward a thread that might be helpful?

Hello. Im starting the real estate in two weeks. I will start in the Tampa Bay Area with around 700k to work with. I've been doing my research in real estate for the past year or so. I I me one of those guys that knows a little about everything (wholesaling, short sales, malti family/single family flip and hold). Also know a little about tax deeds. My question is what would be the best place to start. I thought wholesaling/flipping because flipping is fun and wholesaling will keep me busy and bring in cash flow while I renovate the homes and put it on the market. I've come across the guru Sean terry and I also thought that his system would be a good "instruction Manuel" or "rule book" for a good start to a great career. Is it worth it? What do you guys think? Any ideas?
