so I should let my broker know that I'm thinking about wholesaling? I know I'm better off listing and selling but I want to get into investing. I've always had that entrepreneur mindset and work ethic. So this just leads me down the path I really want to go down.

Also when you put the house under contract are you using a standard purchase contract form?

Hey guys. I'm a new real estate agent who is now just getting into investing as well. Have a question about a whole sale deal. Say you have a property you want to buy, you get it under contract and call up your buyer. Once everything is agreed upon and the buyer backs out. What happens to the contract if you don't have another buyer to bring to the table. How long do you have till the contract ends?
