Good day BP, I am currently in search for a good investor friendly General Contractor. A GC who is experienced working with investors. I am located in Georgia and I am still new to real estate investing, but would like to make contact with a few good GCs. I would appreciate any advise on this topic.

Thank you in advance,

Leon

Hi @Leon Cumberbatch!  I encourage you to define (as you it applies to you personally in terms of your wants, needs and goals) what exactly is an "investor friendly" and "good" GC?

I hear these words a lot among investors and often "friendly" equates to inexpensive, and "good" means honesty, reliability, quality, fast, etc.  Food for thought:

Cheap and good is not likely to be fast.

Good and fast is not likely to be cheap.

Fast and cheap is not likely to be good.

I believe there is a lot of merit in investors being able to ask themself what do I have to offer that contractor, that they don't already have?  Think outside the box when vetting your contractor prospects and you just might be surprised at what you find.

Good luck to you!
