Hello Michael,

Thank you for you response. What I mean by investor friendly GC, is one who is experienced working with investors, who understands the needs of an investor and can perform according. I know there are lots of contactor and I know all to well the explanation of a Cheap, a Good and a Fast contractor. Although I would like the work completed in as little time possible, I do not what that to effect the quality of the work.

Hello John,

I am looking to invest in Gwinnett and DeKalb county, because I am a little bit more familiar with those areas. I am also willing to keep my option open if it leads to me gaining more knowledge and experience.

Good day BP I have been really trying to break into the Real Estate investing world, I am still a bit timid in taking that first leap. But I would like to at least get started before the year ends. I am currently reading The Book On Flipping House by J. Scott, where I am learning a lot, but I am more a visual learner. I like to be there in person as while everything is being done. So having type that, I would like to partner up with another investor, preferable one who is experience but I will not limit myself to partnering with another newbie. May be we can learn from each other. Also do anyone know the names of any Real Estate investors clubs here in Georgia.

I appreciate your response and I thank you in advance,

Leon

Good day BP, I am currently in search for a good investor friendly General Contractor. A GC who is experienced working with investors. I am located in Georgia and I am still new to real estate investing, but would like to make contact with a few good GCs. I would appreciate any advise on this topic.

Thank you in advance,

Leon

Hello Karen,

Thank you for responding, I appreciate all the advice and feedback. I look at most real-estate agents as I would a car salesmen. So I am not going to take his word as gold, I will have a contractor provide me with a real estimate. I am just lost in which steps to take when perusing this deal or any others.

I see,

So in most cases if I can get the contractor out before making an offer then I should be in a better position.

My agent had informed me that the seller, another investor bit off more that he can chew and needs to get rid of some inventory.

So tell me Mindy, what steps you take from start to finish on your deals?
