Hello all, 

As a new housing investor I'm finding it hard to obtain a low price property to flip in Philadelphia, any suggestions? Since I'm using my own money I can only spend a certain limit.

I'm looking to flip homes after fixing them up. Eventually I want to get some properties for rental too but not now. 

Anyone has any lead on cheap properties to get rehab? I'm using my own money so my spending limit is not that high.

I currently just went in business with two friends to flip homes. We working with our savings but not a whole lot, we need some insights and great deals to obtain our first property in Philadelphia. Auction is our next step but we're afraid the big dogs will buy all the properties we can afford.
