Co-wholesaling?
I was recently contacted by a woman who was interested in co-wholesaling a property with me. My question is how would I go about doing this with out her screwing me over on the deal? any advice would be very appreciated, thanks and have a blessed day!

OK. So, you draw up a VERY simple contract that just explains the deal, what the wholesale fee is and what the split is.
Here's the reality, you aren't out anything on this, if she's the one who has the deal. And, in this market, it shouldn't take much to find a buyer. That's not to discount your role. It's just to day she has more to lose than you.
I'd do a brief contract you write yourself. If she doesn't follow through, your biggest weapon is a review right here on BP. Relationships and reputation are everything in this business.
